New Build – Barn Conversion

One of SB Electrical Services favourite projects so far! This new bulid created quite a challenge due to all the differing materials used to complete the build – wooden cladded ceilings, brick slip walls, tiled walls as well as standard plastering.
 
This project had a complete new electrical installation throughout. With bespoke high level LED lighting installed due to the height. LED strip lighting in the master bedroom, main walkway and bathrooms. Intricate switching was designed and implemented throughout the whole house due to the excessive doorways and corridors that it had to cover. 
 
Outside lighting including security lighting was installed around the whole property. All accessories were screwless to give a really clean finish.
 
An air source heat pump and oil combination boiler was fitted and the entire house had wet underfloor heating wired and connected.
